About the event

The Annual Popsicle Stick Bridge Competition (PSBC), now in its 31st annual year, is an event for high school students hosted alternately by ASCE's Orange County and Los Angeles Younger Member Forums biannually. The event brings hundreds of local high school students throughout Southern California to participate in a full-day competition to celebrate the engineering profession and highlight their achievements. The competition is an excellent opportunity to emphasize the benefits of pursuing higher education and careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics while promoting the engineering profession in our community.
