Ryan completed his B.S degree in Civil Engineering from California State University Fullerton and is currently working at Terracon. Before his career and college studies, Ryan enlisted in the US Navy and worked on helicopters out of San Diego. He is still an active member of the Navy Reserves out of Seal Beach.
Being a part of the OC YMF has helped Ryan network, find friends with similar interests, and help his younger college friends in their civil engineering career.
Jazzy is a project engineer for the Pipelines group at Jacobs. She is also in the process of getting her Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering at CSUF. She is involved in ASCE OC YMF to grow her network, give back to the community, and collaborate with some of Orange County's most dedicated and accomplished young engineers.
Chuck is a Design Engineer at Mark Thomas. He is currently working on roadway, drainage and staging designs in the transportation office in Irvine. He also has three years of construction management experience with Caltrans roadway and staging work.
Chuck’s participation with OC YMF has exposed him to new leadership opportunities and professional growth throughout the years. One of chucks reasons to be part of OC YMF is to give back to the community he lives in through K-12 and other professional opportunities. Chuck is grateful to work with OC YMF which is comprised of outstanding and energetic individuals of similar interests who will become future leaders in the Civil Engineering industry.
Crystal graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering and works at Huitt-Zollars as a civil engineer focusing on water resources. In addition, she is in the process of getting her M.S. in Civil Engineering at Cal Poly Pomona.
Crystal joined OC YMF to grow her network, learning about the various fields within civil engineering, and be an advocate of education in STEM. OC YMF has provided Crystal with the opportunity for professional growth and to be involved with her community.
Josue currently works at Jacobs Engineering as a Design Engineer working on Drainage Design for transportation projects. He has been involved in ASCE since his college years and sees the benefits of being surrounded by like-minded individuals. Adeleine is a Staff Engineer at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services supporting the Irvine's geotechnical team. Before life at Langan, Adeleine earned her M.S. in GeoSystems/GeoEngineering and B.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
Outside of work, Adeleine is also an active volunteer with the American Red Cross and member of OC Cal Alumni Association. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, urban exploring, and trying out new restaurants and coffee shops. Adeleine has been in ASCE OC YMF since June 2017 and she is excited to continue expanding her network professionally and personally.

Melissa is a Design Engineer at KPFF Consulting Engineers. She received her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona where she was heavily involved in ASCE and Concrete Canoe.
Melissa continues to be involved with ASCE to not only stay educated about current events in the profession, but to also be inspired and motivated by like-minded colleagues who are well on their way to becoming the future leaders in Civil Engineering.
Daniel graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering and is currently a Senior Associate Environmental Engineer at Tetra Tech specializing in environmental remediation.
In his free time, he enjoys exploring the outdoors, supporting the San Jose Sharks, and any activity that involves tacos. He appreciates the opportunity to be involved in OC YMF and to surround himself with individuals who are equal parts inspiring and captivating because of their diverse temperaments, talents, and convictions.
Victor Aguirre works in the Urban Development team at Huitt-Zollars, Inc. He graduated from California State University, Long Beach, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Victor has worked on various custom luxury homes, residential developments, commercial developments, road inspections and the USC Hybrid High School.
He is involved in ASCE OC YMF to contribute and promote the profession of Civil Engineering to the community.

Jessica graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and currently works at Michael Baker International in the land development department. She joined YMF to become more involved in the industry and build a professional network.

Guillaume is a Design Engineer at Truxaw and Associates, Inc.; a Civil Engineering and Surveying company located in Orange, CA. He received his Bachelor of Sciences in Civil Engineering from California Baptist University where he was an active member of ASCE School Chapter.
Throughout his life and career, Guillaume has learned that great things are achieved when people work together in harmony. He joined ASCE YMF OC to lend his contribution in giving back to the community. He is certain that a positive improvement to personalities, lives and careers will come through serving and learning with others on board.

Joe is a civil engineer and building enclosure consultant with degrees in structural engineering and physics from UC San Diego. He works in Orange County specializing in building science, waterproofing design, forensic investigations, and building envelope commissioning per LEEDv4 standards.
Joe originally joined the ASCE YMF to network, but quickly found so much more in its welcoming and inspiring members. Outside of work, Joe enjoys growing live plants in his aquariums and playing computer games like Factorio and Kerbal Space Program.

Alexandra received both her B.S. in Biological Engineering with an Environmental Engineering concentration and her B.S. in Geology from North Carolina State University. She currently is working as a Stormwater Consultant with Contech Engineered Solutions in portions of LA and Orange Counties.
New to Southern California, Alexandra joined OC YMF to develop her professional network of her peers as well as to become active in the local engineering community. Through OC YMF, she’s had the opportunity to work with many outstanding and enthusiastic engineers, which have influenced her positively in both her professional and personal development.

Jason Fix is a Bridge Engineer for McLean & Schultz, located in Brea. He has over 9 years of experience working on bridges and structures in Orange County. He has graduated with his B.S. in Civil Engineering from UC Irvine and his M.S. in Civil Engineering, Structural from CSU Fullerton. He is interested in exploring the civil engineering field and sharing knowledge within the professional network. By engaging the local community the effectiveness of ASCE Orange County’s efforts may be increased.
Guillermo received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from UC Irvine in 2017. He works at LPA with the Civil Engineering team focusing on Land/Site Development. While at UCI, he was highly involved with the ASCE student chapter and through collaboration with peers and professionals, he began to understand how close knit the Civil Engineering community is, largely because of ASCE. He hopes to now continue with ASCE through OC YMF as one of the K-12 Outreach Co-Chairs where he is able to teach students about the world of Civil Engineering.

Ashlyn is an Associate Road and Highway Engineer at Parsons Corporation in Irvine. She received her B.S. in Civil Engineering in December of 2016 from San Diego State University. She has been involved in NSBE, WTS, and ASCE throughout her college experience and career.
With a quick move to the OC, she recognized the need to join professional organizations in the area to succeed professionally and OC YMF was an excellent way to get started. OC YMF is very welcoming and continues to make the organization feel like home. With leadership roles in her past and passion to help her community, she was drawn to be on the board and signed up to be the Community Outreach Chair. After a year in this role, she has grown tremendously and will continue to ensure that ASCE OC is serving our community and excited to see all the members to help and support!

Evelyn graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2017. She is currently a Transportation Engineer at Caltrans in San Bernardino.
She is very passionate about helping others and meeting new people. Joining ASCE YMF has given her an opportunity to pursue these passions outside of work. She hopes to bring Civil Engineering closer to the community through a variety of community service events.
Andy Nguyen graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is currently working in land development. In his free time, he runs a video production company.

Anne received her Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from the University of North Dakota, and a Master's in Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Infrastructure from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. After graduating with her Bachelor's, Anne moved to British Columbia, Canada, where she worked for 7 years in consulting engineering, recieved her Professional Engineer's licence (P.Eng.), and served 4 years as chair of the Consulting Engineers of British Columbia's Young Professionals' Group. in 2017, Anne relocated to Southern California and joined the OC YMF, understanding the value in both networking and personal growth from being actively involved in a professional organization.

Luis Manzo received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from CSU Fullerton. He is a project engineer at “All States Engineering & Surveying”, an A&E Company that specializes in telecommunications. While attending CSU Fullerton he was heavily involved with ASCE and became a concrete canoe paddler in his 1st year with ASCE then became the vice president of the club the following year. After attending the numerous professional/ social events that ASCE has to offer he realized how much he missed out by not joining the organization sooner. He does not intend to make that mistake again, he is going to continue to be involved with the organization and expand his network. He hopes to assist CSUF as their liaison/ practitioner advisor and help them in any way he can to make sure the student chapter runs smoothly and efficiently. And hopefully in the process teach the students just how important it is to continue to be involve with ASCE even after graduation.

Magdalena graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 2017 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and works at All States Engineering and Surveying as a Project Engineer.
She joined OC YMF to learn more about the industry and meet fellow passionate civil engineers. In college she participated in the ASCE chapter as CSUF’s Concrete Canoe Captain and appreciated all the growth the chapter gave her and wanted to give back. She plans to do this as one of CSUFs liaison/practitioner advisors and by helping OC YMF continue its goal of helping future generations of engineers.

Frida Lohmann graduated from California State University, Fullerton in May 2018 earning a B.S. in Civil Engineering and works as a Project Engineer for Whiting-Turner Contracting Co.
She joined OC YMF after graduation to continue to learn more about the industry with a great group of young professionals. While in school, Frida was heavily involved with ASCE Fullerton Student Chapter, Chi Epslion Fullerton Chapter as well as many other organizations. She most recently served as her ASCE's Student Chapter Vice President for the 2017-2018 academic year. Her involvement with ASCE, throughout her time as a student, has inspired her to continue to be involved even after graduation in efforts to give back not only to her student chapter but help contribute to a growing generation of civil engineers.
Julia graduated from UC Irvine in 2018 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and now works at WKE Inc. as a Transportation Engineer. During her time at UCI, she was heavily involved in the ASCE student chapter and served as the Internal Vice President her senior year. She loved working in a position that helped general members network with Board, YMF, and Branch and appreciated the opportunities those connections gave her personally. She is now continuing that passion serving as the OC YMF UCI Liason in order to connect current students with the professionals that can help them boost their future careers.

Joseph is a staff engineer at Giles Engineering & Associates, a nationwide commercial geotechnical and environmental engineering consulting firm. He graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a BS in General Civil Engineering in 2016 and is currently working on his MS in Geotechnical Civil Engineering at night, also at Cal Poly Pomona. Understanding the need for growth personally and professionally, Joseph joined ASCE YMF OC where he champions YMF towards a goal to provide a platform for young professionals to succeed. Thus, he joined the Mentorship Committee to help network young professionals with seasoned professionals. Simply doing what he enjoys the best, he found himself as one of the editors for ASCE OC’s monthly newsletter. Jared Lindo is a Project Manager with Caltrans District 12. He graduated from Fresno State College with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He has over 8 years experience in private engineering consulting having worked as a Land Surveyor, Project Utility Coordinator, Designer, Project Engineer and Project Manager. Cameron became a part of OC YMF in order to develop his professional network and to grow personally. OC YMF has provided connections that will last a lifetime and has given him a way to gain a family here in Orange County. Cameron has a passion for mentorship and showing the next generation of engineers how to make the transition from college to the professional realm. He sees the mentorship to younger engineers as a way to give back for those that have mentored him to this point of his career and life.

Gabriela graduated from UC Irvine with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, and specializes in transportation. She is currently working at Lin Consulting, Inc, a traffic, civil and electrical engineering firm, as an Assistant Engineer.
Wanting to expand her knowledge of the industry, she joined OC YMF in hopes of growing professionally and personally. From the first day she joined, she always felt welcomed, and now that she's a board member, she wants to contribute to OC YMF as much as she can. Andrea graduated from UC Irvine with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. She has worked at LPA, Inc. since graduating in 2015. As a student, she enjoyed being part of the UCI Steel Bridge team and thus decided to continue her involvement in ASCE after graduating. As the practitioner advisor, she enjoys helping students learn skills that will help them become more knowledgable engineers.
